Glenn Conley is the Sustainability Business Partner at Watercare Services Limited, New Zealand’s largest water and wastewater asset owner, serving 1.7 million Aucklanders.   As an experienced Sustainability professional, Glenn is passionate about his ability to assist Watercare’s infrastructure planners, designers and supply partners deliver infrastructure that will meet its climate change objectives.  

Watercare’s asset management programme has a development horizon of approximately 9 years, overseeing a NZ$5.8 billion investment.  Watercare’s infrastructure team created the vision: “40:20:20 Build Better Infrastructure” which outlines three complimentary and equally important measures of value:
<40% construction carbon by 2024;
<20% construction cost by 2024;
+20% year-on-year health, safety and wellbeing improvement.
